Evangelion is sealed twice over: the television series and The End of Evangelion from 1995 to 1997, and the Rebuild tetralogy completed in 2021, with the most forensic interpretive fandom on this list reading both. The rule on this shelf has no exceptions: every quiz is single-continuity and declares which one in its title, because a question true in one Evangelion and false in the other, asked without a label, is simply a broken question. Quizzes cover the Angel taxonomy and encounter order, the Eva units and their specifications as the works state them, NERV and SEELE world records, and continuity-labelled deep dives. Interpretation is the fandom's sport here, but the quizzes test what the works show and say, not whose reading wins.
Declared continuity, on the title and in every question: this is the TV series (1995-96) and The End of Evangelion, never the Rebuild films. Ten front-door questions on the premise as the TV work states it: NERV, the first three Evas and their pilots, the A.T. Field, and the catastrophe in the backstory. Spoiler-light by design, the way a front door should be.
