Inside-Out Forehand

A forehand hit from the backhand side of the court, angled crosscourt to the opponent's backhand. The player runs around their backhand to use their forehand instead. It's a statement shot: 'my forehand is so much better than my backhand that I'll give up court position to use it.' Nadal and Federer both built careers around this pattern.

"He runs around the backhand and rips an inside-out forehand to the corner. His opponent was already moving the wrong way."
