A backstage producer, usually a retired or semi-retired wrestler, who helps plan individual matches. They work with the talent to lay out the match structure, what spots to hit, when to go home, how to time the commercial breaks. Not the same as a talent agent. Most agents are former wrestlers who know the business inside out. It's the most common second career in wrestling.
