Suplex

A throw where you lift your opponent and drop them on their back (or head, if you're Brock Lesnar and you've stopped caring). The German suplex is the most common — grab from behind, bridge, slam. There are dozens of variations: belly-to-belly, fisherman, snap, dragon, tiger, exploder. Taz and Scott Steiner built entire careers around making suplexes look like attempted murder.

"Sixteen German suplexes in a row. At some point it stopped being a match and became a public service announcement about spine health."
