Inexperienced. A wrestler who's still learning and it shows — mistimed spots, awkward transitions, visible communication with their opponent. Everyone is green at some point. The problem is when green wrestlers get pushed to the main event before they're ready. NXT/developmental exists specifically to get the green out before the bright lights hit.
