Same as agent but specifically refers to the producers who travel with the roster to every show. They're the liaison between creative/management and the talent. At live events, they're the ones in gorilla with headsets, making sure the show stays on schedule. Road agents also give feedback after matches — the good ones are honest, the bad ones play politics.
"The road agent told them to cut two minutes because they're running long. Time to go home."
